Security Benefit announced it will expand its presence in Overland Park with a new location on the Aspiria campus.

The company also plans to add 30 jobs to the Aspiria campus location that will have an average annual compensation of more than $100,000, according to a release shared with Ingram’s Magazine.

In addition to the Overland Park expansion, Security Benefit anticipates adding up to 55 new jobs over time at its headquarters in Topeka.

The Overland Park Chamber of Commerce and the City of Overland Park partnered to support the project by covering the cost of state incentive application fees up to $3,000. The State of Kansas also provided assistance.

“Our company was built on trusting relationships to support families and communities financially and continues to thrive in a competitive industry,” CEO of Security Benefit, Doug Wolff, said in the release. “Our expansion in Overland Park will complement our decades-long investment in the region. Tapping into the exceptional workforce and business climate in the area will help ensure we have the people we need to serve our customer base now and in the future. We appreciate the support from the Chamber and the State of Kansas, as together we are making the state’s economy even stronger.”

Security Benefit ranked No. 4 on Ingram’s 2025 Top Private Companies list in May. The company generated revenue of over $10 billion in 2024, a 1.32% increase from its previous year.
