Scannell Properties has hired Tyler Wysong as development manager for its Kansas City office where he will manage several projects currently under development.
Wysong, with over a decade of civil engineering experience, will help to secure new growth opportunities in the Kansas City market, according to a release.
He most recently served as a civil engineer at the Kansas City office for Kimley-Horn for over four years. Before that, he also served as a project manager at the Overland Park-based SK Design Group for over five years.
“It’s been exciting to track Scannell’s success in the Kansas City market over the past few years,” Wysong said in the release. “The Kansas City market continues to see growth in industrial development opportunities, and I’m really excited to join Scannell Properties and continue to expand the office and bring on new projects.”
Scannell Properties has several logistics parks in the greater Kansas City market, including 435 Logistics Park in Kansas City, KS; I-35 Logistics Park in Olathe, KS; Compass 70 in Bonner Springs, KS; and Lee’s Summit Commerce Center in Lee’s Summit, MO.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, Scannell Properties operates offices in nine states as well as Canada and Europe. The firm has nearly 2.5 million square feet of development projects in the Kansas City area.
