Lee’s Summit-based Sallee Development announced its partnership with D.R. Horton to expand housing options and community development in the Kansas City region.

Sallee Development and Austin, Texas-based D.R. Horton are currently working together in five communities: Woodland’s Crossing in Spring Hill, KS; Tuscany in Peculiar, MO; Traditions in Belton, MO; Alexander Creek in Raymore, MO and Bradley’s Crossing in Peculiar, MO.

These communities are expected to offer ranch and two-story plans with two- to four-bedrooms, open-concept living spaces and high-end finishes with affordability in mind, according to the release Tuesday.

“Their [D.R. Horton] dedication to delivering top-notch homes aligns perfectly with our vision for creating more communities,” president and CEO of Sallee Development, Tyler Sallee said in the release. “There’s immense value in finding a trusted builder that can complete a development and then replicate that success repeatedly.”
