Saint Luke’s Health System signs with Clinch to accelerate hiring



In order to meet both immediate hiring demands and to help the recruitment process in the future, Saint Luke’s has singed with Clinch to help enhance and streamline recruitment as they look to build their workforce during COVID-19.

Missouri-based Saint Luke’s Health System has engaged Clinch, a PageUp company, to provide recruitment marketing solutions including a new career site.

The health system hopes to enhance their recruitment marketing activities with Clinch’s streamlined, automated hiring software.

Saint Luke’s Health System has had to scale up its workforces in its 18 hospitals and campuses, home care and hospice, behavioral health care, dozens of physician practices and life care senior living community across the Kansas City region during COVID-19.

Clinch’s recruitment marketing software has been integrated with Saint Luke’s Health System’s existing HCM platform.
