Restaurant Row at Lenexa City Center Opens First Restaurant

Restaurant Row, a plaza of buildings at the Lenexa City Center, held a ceremony opening its first restaurant Enjoy Pure Food + Drink.

Enjoy Pure Food + Drink is the first of four restaurants slated to open at Restaurant Row within the next 3-4 months, according to a release. Cactus Grill, located next to Enjoy, will be the next to open its doors.

Enjoy provides casual lunch outings and special evening celebrations. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, clean cocktails, and a gluten-free and vegan bakery.

With the addition of Enjoy and Cactus Grill around the corner, phase one for Restaurant Row has been completed. The project now enters phase two which involves constructing two more buildings for the tenants Zhoug Mediterranean and Tupelo Honey.

Kansas City-based Copaken Brook is the master developer for the project with construction predicted to ramp back up in early next year.

“We have some interest in phase two,” Principal at Copaken Brooks, Keith Copaken said. “Our next restaurant development would most likely be over on the AdventHealth campus where we are talking with three different restaurants commencing construction in the second quarter of 2026.”
