Overland Park-based Prime Capital Financial announces Angel Taylor is the company’s first chief human resources officer.

With more than 25 years of experience, Taylor will oversee the firm’s people strategy, leading human resources across all business units and driving initiatives that strengthen culture and accelerate growth nationwide, according to a release.

She also held several leadership roles at Cerner Corporation.

“This is an incredible chance to contribute to the firm’s vision by investing in our people,” Taylor said in the release. “Collaborating with a highly talented group, I will have the opportunity to support our team’s growth, enable their success, and maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.”

At Prime Capital Financial, Taylor will focus on advancing the firm’s people strategy, including leadership development, workforce planning, and enhancing the experience of advisors and associates.
