Prime Capital Investment Advisors Adopts New Brand

Overland Park-based Prime Capital Investment Advisors announced it will change its name to Prime Capital Financial to better reflect the company’s services.

Prime Capital Financial’s decision to rebrand was made to “ reflect that Prime Capital is much more than an investment advisory firm,” according to a release Thursday.

The Qualified Plan Advisors, a Prime Capital Financial subsidiary, brand will be changed to Prime Capital Retirement. The other retired brand, Prime Capital Wealth Management, will now operate as Prime Capital Wealth. Additionally, Prime Capital Wellness is another sub-brand for the company.

The three established sub-brands will reflect Prime Capital’s services across financial planning, financial wellness, retirement plan consulting, managed account services, tax planning, estate planning and risk management.

These efforts are about our brands telling the story of who Prime Capital is, what our values are, and what we uniquely stand for as an independent financial services firm,” Prime Capital Financial CEO Glenn Spencer said in the release. “It’s very important that our brands outwardly tell the story of who we are.”

Prime Capital Financial plans to transition to its new brands over the next twelve months for all of its operating units and businesses.
