Polsinelli to Open Office in Philidelphia With Over 20 Attorneys

Kansas City-based Polsinelli announced it will open a new office in Philidelphia with more than 20 shareholders expected to join as partners.

The new office will establish a presence for the law firm in Philadelphia. The more than 20 shareholders will come from the Miami-based law firm Holland & Knight, however, the firm did not disclose the names of attorneys.

The attorneys will bring a range of practices including employee benefits and executive compensation, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), financial services, mergers and acquisitions and employment. The new office will create one of the premier executive compensation and ESOP practices in the country, according to a release.
