Polsinelli Promotes Regan Lemke to a Duel C-Suite Role

Polsinelli has promoted Regan Lemke to a dual role as chief practice strategy officer and chief of staff.

Lemke served as chief of staff prior to the promotion. As chief practice strategy officer, she will spearhead Polsinelli’s innovation strategy and initiatives, such as working with generative AI tools and platforms to develop new approaches to delivering client work.

Regan Lemke is the Chief Practice Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff at Polsinelli.

“Regan and her team are instrumental in helping to create and sustain the strategic framework for our legal practices to support each other and our clients,” Chase Simmons, CEO of Polsinelli, said in a release.

Lemke holds a B.S. in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Kansas. She also served two years at the United States Naval Academy.

“I am thrilled to be working in collaboration with our practice chairs, attorneys and innovation leaders to continue our work building out and scaling the firm’s strategic initiatives and AI tools,” Lemke said in the release.
