Pape-Dawson Acquires Overland Park-based Coffman Associates

Texas-based Pape-Dawson has acquired Coffman Associates, an Overland Park-based airport planning firm.

Founded in 1979, Coffman Associates specializes in airport planning and associated environmental and noise/land use studies. The firm also has more than 600 airport master plans, 450 environmental documentation projects, and 150 noise and land use studies for airports of all sizes across the United States.

Coffman Associates operates offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Overland Park, Kansas. Its Overland Park office is located at 12920 Metcalf Ave, Suite 200.

Founded in 1965, Pape-Dawson is a provider of engineering and consulting services. The acquisition expands Pape-Dawson’s existing aviation business line, bringing a powerful combination of planning, design, and infrastructure capabilities to airport clients, according to a release.
