Overland Park sports complex to begin construction summer 2021

The first phase of construction will begin in the coming months on the Bluhawk Sports Park. Overland Park-based property management company, Price Brothers, have plans for building to start in the summer on the multi-sport complex.

Construction will soon begin on a large multi-sport complex in Johnson County dubbed the Bluehawk Sports Park.

Property management company, Price Brothers, have plans for the first phase to start summer 2021.

The first phase includes development of 238,391-square-feet within a mixed-use development space in Overland Park, estimated to be worth $1 billion.

Set to open in fall 2022, development of the first phase will include eight basketball courts, half of an indoor multipurpose turf field and a performance training center. Also included in the massive project is a 4,000-seat retractable seating bowl.
