Two additional companies will occupy space at the Liberty Heartland Logistics Center as part of its multi-phased development.

Real estate developer, The Opus Group, has announced TAB USA and Animal Health International will be the next round of clients to occupy distribution space at the Liberty Heartland Logistics Center. The logistics center is comprised of three buildings located near Shepards Road just off Interstate 35.

The facility is moving into phase two of its development plan. Phase one established an 847,475-square-foot distribution center for Hallmark, who moved into the facility in March 2023.

Phase two will have the remaining Buildings B and C occupied. In April 2024, TAB, an international manufacturer of industrial batteries, moved into 66,700 square feet and its first U.S. headquarters and assembly and distribution operations. Animal Health International will open its new 255,000-square-foot distribution center in March 2025.

“Liberty Heartland Logistics Center offers immediate access to major east-west and north-south highways and plenty of space for companies like TAB and Animal Health to expand now and grow well into the future,” director of real estate development at Opus, Mike Stromberg, said in a release.

Liberty Heartland Logistics Center is a 66.13-acre site and has 490,300 square feet of vacancy across its two buildings. The first building was completed in February 2023, while Building B and Building C were completed in August 2023 and October 2023 respectively.
