OMB Bank Welcomes Two New Leadership Additions

Springfield-based OMB Bank announced two new additions to its leadership roster with years of experience in the banking sector.

OMB Bank appointed Michelle Sullivan as senior vice president and chief risk officer. Additionally, Duane Farmer joins the bank as senior vice president and director of consumer lending.

A banking and compliance veteran of 31 years, Sullivan has held leadership positions across the sector including 10 years with Kansas City-based UMB Bank. While at UMB, she served as senior vice president and director of corporate risk operations for over 4 years. She was most recently head of banking compliance and risk management for Dama Financial, a role she held for the past seven years.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Farmer has served at Sun Security Bank, Great Southern Bank and was most recently chief lending officer at Metro Credit Union in Springfield for nearly 12 years.

OMB is headquartered in Springfield and operates nine branch locations across Southwest Missouri and the greater Kansas City metro area.
