Springfield-based OMB Bank announced three new key hires who will lead initiatives in Lenexa and the greater Kansas City area.
OMB hired industry veterans Seth Lindsey, Cramer Hass and Lee Keith to leadership positions in the company.
Lindsey will join OMB as senior vice president and Kansas City regional president. Hass is now OMB senior vice president and director of commercial lending in Kansas City. Keith will become OMB’s new director and chief business development officer in Kansas City.
Lindsey has more than two decades of industry experience. His most recent was self-employed working with bank mergers and acquisitions, real estate development and fintech products, according to his LinkedIn page. Before that, Lindsey served just over three years as COO of Jones Development in Kansas City. He also served as vice president for UMB for more than ten years and another two years at NorthStar Bank.
Hass, with more than 30 years of experience, will oversee the bank’s Kansas City-area commercial banking team. He most recently worked as Kansas market president for Citizens Bank & Trust.
Keith also brings more than four decades of experience to his role. He held positions at Gold Trust Co., First State Community Bank, Progress Bank, Mid-Missouri Bank, Premier Bank and Mercantile Bank. Keith also served as the commissioner of finance for the state of Missouri from 2017 to 2019.
