Olathe-based NIC, Inc. finalizes cash sale to Tyler Technologies

Digital government solutions and payments company NIC, Inc. has completed its previously announced sale to Texas software company, Tyler Technologies. Tyler acquired all outstanding shares of NIC in an all-cash transaction valued at around $2.3 billion.
