Oil prices are gaining some ground after weeks of near-all-time-lows since the outbreak of COVID-19, due to the reduction of travel and the transportation of goods.
It comes as Wall Street is set for a big uptick, and the New York Stock Exchange has re-opened for in-person trading.
Both Brent crude and Texas Intermediate futures are up so far in today’s trading.
