MMGY Global announced it has promoted executive vice president Justin Farmer to the new role of chief growth officer.
As a 14-year veteran of the company, Farmer brings with him more than 20 years of experience in business marketing to the role. He began his new role effective Jan. 2, according to a release.
“As we’ve evolved, I’ve embraced a philosophy centered on building for where we’re going – not where we are,” Farmer said in the release.

He has held multiple titles at MMGY, including creative director, vice president of global business strategy, senior vice president of business strategy, and, most recently, executive vice president of growth. He began his career at MMGY as a senior interactive art director in 2010.
As chief growth officer, Farmer will propel revenue growth and reinforce MMGY as a global leader in travel and hospitality marketing. He is responsible for overseeing a team of 15 professionals across the Americas and the company’s national locations.
“His [Farmer’s] passion for fostering client success and his collaborative leadership style bring incredible energy to our team,” MMGY CEO, Katie Briscoe, said in the release. “With the opportunity to work alongside a talented individual like Justin guiding growth strategy, the future of our business has never looked brighter.”
Accompanying Farmer and Briscoe on the global leadership team are Hugh McConnell, Chief Financial Officer; Mia Wise, Chief Human Resources Officer; Craig Compagnone, President of the Americas Division and Caroline Moultrie, President of the EMEA Division.
