Minority Owned Contractor, Developer Form Partnership To Strengthen Local Communities

Kansas City-based minority-owned firms, Grayson Capital LLC and Vazquez Commercial Contracting, have entered into a new partnership to combine the full-service contractor with a developer.

Vazquez Grayson JV LLC, aims to create projects that drive economic growth and strengthen local communities, according to a release.

“This collaboration represents a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and responsible development, to ensure that every project we undertake not only meets the highest standards but also contributes positively to the growth of the community,” Joe Vazquez, president and founder of Vazquez Commercial Contracting, said in the release. “Together, we are dedicated to creating spaces that inspire, support local businesses, and provide lasting value to residents.”
