Lockton Appoints Tim Meacham as New President of People Solutions

Lockton has appointed Tim Meacham to the role of president of People Solutions.

In his new role, Meacham will be responsible for leading the vision and strategic direction of Lockton’s People Solutions business, according to a release.

“We will continue to be dedicated to client success and a collaborative culture that delivers outstanding results,” Meacham said in the release.

With over 30 years of experience in consulting teams advising on employee benefits and human resources, Meacham led the National Operating Committee and served as executive vice president and chief operation officer of Lockton’s Kansas City office.

Meacham first joined Lockton in 2008. Before joining Lockton, Meacham held senior management and production positions with Wachovia, Johnson & Higgins and Marsh, including Employee Benefits Practice leader in Washington, DC/Baltimore and northern Ohio.

With its regional headquarters in Kansas City, Lockton has over 12,500 associates in more than 140 countries who focus on clients’ risk, insurance and people needs. In December, the company announced the launch of its new Global Parametric Insurance Practice to provide services to clients that are often overlooked.
