Kustom Entertainment Buys Country Stampede Music Festival

Kansas City-based Kustom Entertainment Inc. announced it has acquired the 28-year-old music festival Country Stampede Music.

Established in 1996, the Country Stampede Music Festival is an annual three-day outdoor music festival that has previously hosted talent including Taylor Swift, Chris Stapleton, Kenny Chesney, Faith Hill, Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw and others.

“This acquisition is more than a business venture; it is a celebration of the rich history and culture of country music,” Kustom Entertainment CEO Stan Ross said in a release. “We are committed to preserving the festival’s legacy while introducing new elements that will captivate music fans for years to come.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Kustom Entertainment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Digital Ally Inc., provides oversight to TicketSmarter, Inc., Kustom 440, Inc., and BirdVu Jets, Inc.

This year’s festival is scheduled for June 27 to 29 at the Azura Amphitheatre in Bonner Springs, Ks. The 2024 talent lineup includes Chris Janson, Riley Green, Jon Pardi and others.
