KU Health System Recognized For Most Empathic Health Systems in U.S.

The University of Kansas Health System is among the most empathic health systems in the U.S., according to a survey by marketing agency Monigle.

The University of Kansas Health System ranked No. 10 in the survey. The top spot goes to Ridgewood, N.J.-based Valley Health System as the most empathic system by its customers.

Mongile surveyed more than 25,000 consumers.

Here are the top 10, according to the list Monigle, Becker’s reported.

1. Valley Health System (Ridgewood, N.J.)

2. Cedars-Sinai (Los Angeles)

3. McLeod Health (Florence, S.C.)

4. University of Miami Health System

5. University of Chicago Medicine

6. Baptist Health South Florida (Coral Gables)

7. Northeast Georgia Health System (Gainesville)

8. Mayo Clinic (Rochester, Minn.)

9. Emory Healthcare (Atlanta)

10. University of Kansas Health System (Kansas City, Kan.)

The University of Kansas Health System also ranked No. 15 out of 201 health systems in Brand Rankings. Additionaly, the health system ranked No. 24 in the top 30 most trusted brands in 2023, according to Monigle.
