Hunt Midwest to break ground this spring on two Northland industrial developments
Construction on two new speculative industrial developments from Kansas City real estate developer Hunt Midwest will begin this spring. Hunt intends to break ground this May on the 44-acre site located near Parvin Road and Arlington Avenue in the Northland.
