Home Buyers and Sellers Bounce Back

The Kansas City area saw a major spike in home-sales transactions month over month, according to Zillow.

Newly-pending sales were up 32.3 percent, while they rose 9.6 percent week over week.

Those numbers are above the national average of 4.2 percent week over week, yet month over month they were down from 40.8 percent.

For-sale listings were down 34.7 percent year over year, says the report.
