Kansas City-based engineering firm HNTB has added a new Indiana office to its roster, increasing both the company’s presence and meeting the growing transportation- and infrastructure-related programs in the state.
The 7,907-square-foot Westfield office is the second Indiana-based office for the firm. It is located at 2750 E. 146th St. Suite 200, Carmel, IN 46033, according to a release Friday.
“We are thrilled that HNTB has chosen Westfield to grow their footprint in central Indiana. Investments like these play an important role in advancing Westfield, not only by enhancing our tax base but also by creating high-paying jobs within the city,” Westfield Mayor Scott Willis said.
HNTB’s portfolio of Indiana-based high-profile infrastructure projects includes the Interstate-69 Finish Line and Interstate-65 and Interstate-70 North Split. The I-69 Finish Line is a connection between Evansville and Indianapolis and costs the state approximately $2 billion.
HNTB Corp. ranked No. 3 in Top Area Engineering Firm ranked by total area and HQ office billings in The Power Book 2024 Edition Powered by Ingram’s. The firm reported $1.56 billion in revenue in 2022 with over 1,700 engineers firm-wide.
