Estey will assume her new role on April 9. She most recently served as vice president of US Pet Care at Parnell Veterinary Pharmaceuticals where she served for nearly 1.5 years. She began her veterinary career as a Neurologist at Upstate Veterinary Specialties in 2015 and at Animal Emergency & Specialty Center in 2018. She then elevated to Elanco in 2020 where she worked her way to the role of senior director of U.S. pet health specialty sales and consulting.
“Hill’s has set the benchmark for excellence in pet nutrition, and I am honored to be part of a team that continually pushes the boundaries to advance pet health and wellbeing,” Estey said in a company announcement. “I look forward to advancing collaboration with veterinary professionals to enhance the health and wellbeing of pets everywhere.”
Shenoy’s new position within the EMEA region will see her strengthen relationships overseas. She will begin her new role, effective April 1.

She has been with the company for over 17 years. She began her time at Hill’s as a practice development veterinarian and would later take on the role of chief veterinary officer in January 2022.
“I’m honored to become vice president and chief veterinarian for Hill’s EMEA,” She said. “This role fuels my passion for helping veterinary professionals do their very best in meeting their clients’ and patients’ needs through the power of nutrition.”
