Healthcare IT Leaders announced it has entered into a managed services agreement with USA Health and will oversee the healthcare system’s monitoring and maintenance.
Under the terms of the agreement, Healthcare IT Leaders will assume responsibility for USA Health’s Oracle Health Millennium clinical application, a platform that allows healthcare providers to interface with Oracle Health products. Healthcare IT Leaders hope to go live with the implementations at USA Health Providence later in January, according to a Tuesday release. USA Health is the official health system for the University of South. Alabama.
“We are thrilled to partner with USA Health,” CEO of Healthcare IT Leaders, Ben Hilmes, said in the release. “Our team’s application expertise, combined with our commitment to 24/7 monitoring and service from our new Kansas City managed services hub, will enable USA Health to do what they do best – providing exceptional patient care.”

The agreement is effective immediately with services beginning in Q1 2025 and continuing through 2026.
In September, Healthcare IT Leaders and the Kansas City Area Development Council established a managed services hub in the Kansas City region and occupied an office space at the Aspiria campus in Overland Park. Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, Healthcare IT Leaders provides enterprise consulting and workforce solutions for healthcare systems. The firm also operates offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Boston, Massachusetts; and Greenville, South Carolina.
