Ferrellgas Partners reaches bankruptcy deal with creditors

Overland Park-based Ferrellgas Partners – the holding company for Ferrellgas LP – has negotiated a prepackaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy deal with creditors ahead of filing. The deal will allow Ferrellgas LP will stay out of bankruptcy and continue normal operations.
