The former and vacant Trinity Lutheran Hospital property is now being demolished and will be leveled by the end of the year, according to Northpoint Development.
Demolition began Monday.
The site is being demolished for the Park Reserve condominium project, helmed by Northpoint Development, which will see the development of a more than 300-apartment complex called Arrive KC where the former hospital stood.
Located near Baltimore Avenue and West 31st Street, the building has been vacant for more than 20 years.
