Cybersecurity Firm Cyderes Completes Acquisition of Ipseity Security

Kansas City-based cybersecurity firm Cyderes announced it has acquired a Toronto-based Ipseity Security, specializing in identity and access management (IAM) services.

Cyderes founder and CEO Robert Herjavec, and star of the TV series “Shark Tank”, announced the company’s purchase of Ipseity Security in a release Thursday.

The acquisition will deepen Cyderes’ cloud identity, access governance and privileged access management expertise for its IAM services, Herjavec said in the release. Cyderes’ IAM practice will grow to over 250 IAM experts worldwide.

Cyderes now has a workforce of around 1,000 employees and is operating in the US, Canada, the UK and India.
