Creative Planning third building in the works

Ground has been broken for Creative Campus III, the third office building to be added to the company’s Overland Park campus, Burns & McDonnell and developer VanTrust Real Estate planning to deliver by late summer 2021.

In a year’s time, Creative Planning may very well have a completed third addition to its Overland Park campus.

Named Creative Campus III, the project which just recently broke ground will be the third office building for the campus developed, designed and built by VanTrust Real Estate LLC and Burns & McDonnell.

Creative Campus III is expected to be completed by late summer – third quarter – of 2021 and will be available for lease through real estate company JLL.

“Starting construction on this building in these times is very exciting for us,” Creative Planning CEO Peter Mallouk said in a news release. “This final building will complete our campus, and we are very excited to expand our roster of high-quality tenants.”

Building plans show that the office will have four floors and an average 26,000 square feet. So far, occupants will also have access to building one.
