Coping with COVID: Progress with first dosages reaches 11.1 percent in Missouri and Kansas

The COVID-19 vaccine rollout in Missouri and Kansas show both are tied with each showing 11.1 percent of the population has received the first dose as of Feb. 19. Missouri reports 4.7 percent of its residents have received the second dose so far.
