Construction timeline, incentive request change for Bluhawk Sports Park project

Developers of the Overland Park mixed-used project are looking to tweak the development agreement, asking for more time to complete the first phase. They have also lowered their STAR bond request by $6.5 million. The city will hold a public hearing for the revised bond project plan June 21.
