City of Riverside Votes to Approve New Amphitheater’s Final Development Plan

The City of Riverside approved the final development plan for the final development plan and rezoning for the new LiveNation 15,000-seat Amphitheater.

The 161-acre development site is located west of NW Horizons Parkway near Interstate 635.

The final development plan for the open-air amphitheater includes an additional 15 ancillary buildings to serve its operations. The complete facility will be capable of serving 31,057 people through a series of seating types.

Seating options include:

  • Seated Pit: 1,666
  • General Seats: 6,076
  • Lawn: 4,135
  • Premium Seats: 1,502
  • Premium Boxes: 432
  • Premium Group Sales: 410
  • Premium Lawn: 786

The facility will accommodate approximately 5,200 parking spots and 200 stalls.
