Two additional locations of JPMorgan Chase Bank are expected to join the Kansas City area market this year. With four existing sites, the national bank looks to expand its reach in the metro to grow its 454,000 area consumer customers and 15,000 regional business customers.

Well-known brand has plans to continue its growth in the Kansas City metro, announcing its intention to open two additional JPMorgan Chase Bank locations in the area this year.

There are currently four existing Chase Bank in Kansas City; one on Shawnee Mission Parkway, Stateline Road, Booth Ave. in Kansas City, Mo. and another in Leawood, Kan.

Plans show one of the new locations will open in Blue Springs, Mo., the other in Zona Rosa, toward Barry Road and Boardwalk Avenue in Kansas City, Mo.

Chase Bank has an established name presence in Kansas City despite only a handful of locations so far.

According to Kansas City market director for banking at Chase Bank, Kiley Sidman, Chase has around 454,000 area consumer customers and 15,000 business customers. Of the 454,000 consumers, most are credit card clients.

“As we’ve been able to do some marketing and have people come into a branch and learn more about us, it’s made a huge difference,” Sidman said. “We’ve seen tremendous growth through 2020. We were fortunate to keep our doors open and be a port in the storm for our clients.”

So far, Chase Bank’s aim for the Kansas City market is to continue to increase its physical presence with a goal of opening around 20 branches over the next few years.
