Chad & Jeannie Williams Announce Launch of Quality Growth Companies, QFoundation

The former CEO of QTS Data Centers, Chad Williams, and his wife, Jeannie Williams, announced the official launch of Quality Growth Companies (QGC).

The pair will help lead the newly rebranded arm of QTS, according to a Monday release shared with Ingram’s. In March, Williams announced he would be stepping down from his CEO position at QTS on April 18. He would then reprise his former role as CEO of Quality Group of Companies. QTS executives, chief operating officer, David Robey, and chief growth officer, Tag Greason, were appointed and continue to serve as co-CEOs.

Quality Group of Companies is now officially rebranded to Quality Growth Companies. The rebranded company will continue to build ventures across infrastructure, energy, logistics, and technology, according to the release.

Jeannie Williams is now the president of the new QGC. Additionally, the launch of the rebrand also marks the launch of a new philanthropic arm of the company called The QFoundation and will be led by Jeannie.

“This isn’t just a rebrand, it’s a realignment,” Williams said in the release. “We’re building companies that reflect our values and meet real needs in the market and the world. Quality remains our standard. But intentional, mission-driven growth is now our mandate.”

Accompanying the announcement, QGC also said it would be launching its first new operating business under its new brand this Fall. Details of the new business were not disclosed in the release, however, the company said the new venture is “expected to introduce fresh innovation to an evolving sector.”

“We’re not starting over. We’re starting forward with a team, a mission, and a vision built to last,” Williams said in the release.

The rebrand initiative was led in partnership with Kansas City-based advertising company, Design Ranch Inc.
