CBRE Managing Director Klamm to take over new role in 2021

By the end of the year, Mike Klamm will no longer be managing director and will instead transition into his new role as senior vice president with CBRE in Kansas City.

Mike Klamm, mangaging director at CBRE for the Kansas City area since July 2010, will end his current role by the end of 2020 and take over a new position.

In 2021, Klamm will begin serving as senior vice president of CBRE in Kansas City, continuing with the company since joining in 2008.

With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Klamm received his education at UMKC before moving to St. Louis where he worked in the real estate industry, then moving back to Kansas City several years later.

A successor for Klamm’s current role has not been found, and according to the firm a new candidate could come from either within the company or possibly outside of it.
