Associated Bank Adds Three Hires to Kansas City Market Team

Green Bay, Wisconsin-based Associated Bank expanded into the Kansas City market last year with hopes of growing its commercial banking team in the region; that team is now adding three new hires to its roster.

As part of an initiative to grow its Midwest market presence, Associated Bank officially added Matt Flynn, Alexander Burke and Mitchell Hind in March 2025. The holding company, Associated Banc-Corp, has a total of $43 billion in assets under management.

The bank announced the hire of three new menbers to the team: Titus Ewert, vice president and corporate banking portfolio manager; Jason Lackey, senior vice president and relationship manager and Brittany Snorgrass, senior vice president of treasury management and team leader.

Ewert comes from INTRUST Bank shere he served for over six year among several roles, most recently as director of loan syndications. He also served as an accountant at Team Marketing Alliance LLC in Moundridge, Kansas.

Lackey brings over a decade of experience in commercial banking. Before joining Associated Bank’s Kansas City office, he served as the director of middle market commercial banking at BMO; he spent over 4 years with the company. Before that, Lackey worked at Commerce Bank for over 11 years, where his most recent position was vice president of commercial and agribusiness banking.

Snorgrass also has years of experience at BMO before joining Associated Bank. While at BMO, Snorgrass served as director and senior treasury consultant. She spent over 4 years at PNC, operating as the vice president of treasury management and corporate & institutional banking. With more than 11 years at Commerce Bank, Snorgrass served three of those years as an officer and account manager for automated payment solutions.
