Aspiria Campus To Expand Upwards For Its Coworking Facility

Aspiria NOW’s coworking campus, located in Overland Park, announced its campus coworking facilities will gain an extra floor to its existing building adding 30,000 square feet of space.

The coworking facility is operated by Occidental Management, a Wichita-based real estate developer. The new space will include 11 private offices and 60 dedicated workstations.

Aspiria NOW has also hired Kathy Todtenhausen to serve as community manager, supporting General Manager Robert Curland.

Aspiria NOW first opened in August 2022 and is now home to more than 28 member companies with more than 50,000 of space on the second floor.
