AdventHealth Lenexa City Center Appoints New CFO and CNO

The AdventHealth Lenexa City Center, opening in July 2025, has added two executive positions to its leadership.

Rodney Allen II has been named vice president and chief financial officer, while Teresa Noland is now the vice president and chief nursing officer for AdventHealth’s future full-service hospital in Lenexa, according to a release.

Allen took his new roles as vice president and CFO on Dec. 1, 2024. He most recently served as the director of finance for AdventHealth Shawnee Mission and previously served as the director of finance for AdventHealth South Overland Park and AdventHealth Ottawa.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan – Flint and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Andrews University.

Noland became vice president and CNO on Jan. 13, 2025. She most recently served as the assistant chief nursing officer for AdventHealth Shawnee Mission.

Teresa holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management, a Master of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

The $247 million AdventHealth Lenexa City Center broke ground in April 2023. When completed, it will be the first and only inpatient hospital in Lenexa, Kan., with 96 beds — 44 beds on opening and 54 beds for future expansion — and four operating rooms. It will create 170 jobs in both clinical and non-clinical roles.

The new hospital features a three-story, 56,000-square-foot medical office building. The first phase of the hospital is slated to open in July, while future phases are planned to complete the building.
