18 Mega Watt Data Center Developing in KC Northland

Edged Energy is developing a new 18 megawatt data center in Kansas City’s Northland with Burns & McDonnell leading construction.

The data center will be built at 3420 N. Arlington Ave. near Highway 210. Groundbreaking is scheduled for Tuesday, July 25 with a planned completion target of June 2024.

The Kansas City facility will feature 18 MW of capacity and ultra-efficient waterless cooling technology, according to a press release.

Edged, an Endeavour company, broke ground on two other data centers in Atlanta, Georgia, and Chicago, Illinois with another center’s development planned at Phoenix, Arizona.
