On Wednesday, May 4, Google’s Get Your Business Online team will partner with the Northeast Johnson County Chamber of Commerce in its Let’s Put Our Cities on the Map initiative in Kansas City, to help local small businesses in the city get found online and “on the map”. Attendees at this free workshop will learn how they can harness the power of the web to connect with existing customers, expand to new markets and grow. 

Specific topics to be covered are how your business is found on Google through search engine optimization and tips for promoting your website; free tools such as Google Analytics and Trends that show how people search Google and use your website; and Google’s suite of productivity tools for collaboration including Gmail For Business and Google Calendar.
