Bayou Bash is an evening of Mardi Gras festivity benefiting student scholarships and programs for students at Horizon Academy who have learning disabilities. The event features a silent and live auction as well as raffles and games including: Heads or Tails, Card Deck Raffle, Wine Pull, Whiskey Pull, and more! Enjoy a catered dinner by Jazz a Louisiana Kitchen, and an open bar throughout the evening. Lucia Aerial’s performers will be returning this year for another dazzling performance!
All proceeds go to the need-based scholarships & programs at Horizon Academy, the only accredited program of its kind in the Kansas City area dedicated to serving students with learning disabilities in grades 1-12. Horizon Academy offers these students the tools they need to become organized, socially competent, lifelong learners who can advocate for their own needs.
