Join us on Wednesday, March 27, for an exclusive afternoon of conversation with Ray Washburne, the prospective new owner of Country Club Plaza, who will share his vision for the iconic shopping and entertainment district.
Additionally, we are honored to host native Kansas Citian, Laura Starr, an accomplished landscape architect and an advocate for sustainability, collaboration, and design excellence. Starr, the former Chief of Design for the Central Park Conservancy in New York City, will share her expertise and examples of her work in parks and greenspace. As we consider creative and innovative possibilities for the Brush Creek Greenway and corridor, Starr’s expansive experience in parks, green spaces, urban design, and environmental planning will serve as inspiration.
