Creativity. Ingenuity. Eccentricity! The visionary composers of the Baroque era challenged the musical limits of expression and technique, generating some of the most exuberant, ingenious music ever heard before or since! Featuring Bach’s haunting Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, Handel’s resplendent Music for the Royal Fireworks and Biber’s wildly zany Battalia à 10, this Kansas City Symphony program will inspire and excite one and all. Tickets are only $25 or $30 each and include a glass of wine or champagne after the concert, when you can mingle with Symphony musicians in the Kauffman Center’s Brandmeyer Great Hall lobby. Sponsored by BMO Private Bank.
