The National Kidney Foundation Kidney Walk is a fun, inspiring, community fundraiser that calls attention to the awareness, prevention and treatment of kidney disease and the need for organ donation. The Kidney Walk is also an opportunity for patients, friends, family and the business community to come together. In addition to those key objectives, funds raised at the Kidney Walk will enable the National Kidney Foundation to conduct signature programs in the community such as the free Kidney Early Evaluation Program (KEEP Healthy) screenings, community education programs on kidney health, patient care and mentoring programs, organ donation and prevention of chronic kidney disease.
