A benefit for Hope House, chaired by Cici Rojas and Oscar Monterroso and Carla and Tony Sanders. Featuring emcee newsman Chris Ketz of KMBC-TV, a live auction called by the Nigro Brothers and a silent auction. Entertainment will be provided by the Lost Wax band.  Hope House services form a safety net of prevention, education and support for thousands of people in the Kansas City area traumatized by domestic violence every year. Residential services are provided through two secure locations in Independence and Lee’s Summit, and comprehensive outreach services are provided to those not needing secure shelter.
