Active cases on the decline, patient counts remain stiff

Compared to two weeks ago, hospitalization rates in the bi-state region have flattened. As active cases curve downward, the number of hospitalized patients in the metro overall hasn’t budged much and could rise. Promisingly, severe cases have declined.
