Pfizer, BioNTech to begin study using updated COVID vaccine

The joint study is enrolling adults to test a revised, Omicron variant-based COVID-19 vaccine. The study will observe how its effectiveness compares to doses of the original vaccine and will be tested on volunteers aged 18 to 55.
