Lockton names new CFO



Troy Cook has been appointed chief financial officer according to a Monday announcement from Lockton, who said Cook will begin his first day in the role at the end of September where he will lead the company’s strategic finance function.

On Monday, Lockton announced that Troy Cook will soon take over as the company’s chief financial officer.

Cook will start in his new role on Sept. 24, 2020, the company said, where he will, “…lead Lockton’s strategic finance function in alignment with the company’s aggressive growth plan.”

In his new role, Cook will report to Chairman Ron Lockton,

Prior to his recent hire at Lockton, Cook worked 20 years at NPC International as executive vice president and chief financial officer, retiring from NPC in 2018.

“I am truly energized to play a role in helping to execute upon the tremendous growth opportunities that lay before Lockton and in driving stakeholder value by leveraging the inherent foundational benefits of Lockton’s independent private company platform,” Cook said in a statement.

Cook’s experience encompasses innovative business models, executing complex transactions and understanding of mergers, acquisitions and capital markets.
