The Holiday Parade of Lights kicks off the Christmas season with a parade of festively-decorated floats meandering thru the streets of downtown Washington, including brass band, carolers and a visit by Santa Claus followed by the lighting of the downtown Christmas tree at Main & Elm Sts.
